Privacy Policy

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how bulin 47 freestyle ai video uses information to provide accounts, paid features and the services you choose.

Information We Collect

Depending on the features and integrations enabled on this site, we process the following information:

1. Account Information — The information needed for the sign-in method enabled on this site, such as your name, email address, profile image and account identifier. When you sign in with Google, Google provides account information and we do not receive your Google password.
2. Usage Data — Information about how you interact with the service, including features accessed, frequency of use, and interaction patterns.
3. Device Information — Device type, operating system, and browser type, used to optimize compatibility and performance.
4. Cookies — Small data files stored on your device to remember preferences and improve your experience.
5. Payment Information — Billing details handled by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• Process transactions and send related confirmations.
• Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
• Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud and abuse.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:

• With the service providers needed to operate the features you use.
• To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.

Data Security

We restrict account and operational data to the access needed to provide and protect the service. Payment details are processed by the payment provider; account, order and credit records support billing and reconciliation.

Your Rights

Contact support@bulin47freestyle.site to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity. Some billing and security records may need to be retained to meet applicable requirements.

Submitted content and retention

When you start a photo-based video request, your original photo is stored privately and sent to the image provider to prepare the scene. The generated scene image is then sent to the video provider. Uploaded photos are kept for 3 days from upload and then removed by a storage lifecycle rule. Generated scene images and videos are kept for 3 days after their respective tasks end, then cleaned up automatically. Generated files still needed by active tasks, placed on hold or required by law are retained longer. Provider retention follows the relevant provider’s rules.

If you choose a photo before signing in, the photo and form options are stored in this browser for login recovery. A random recovery ID in the login return URL identifies that local draft; it does not let another browser download the photo. Drafts older than 30 minutes cannot be restored. A restored draft is deleted, and expired drafts are cleaned up when another draft is saved. Closing the tab does not immediately erase the photo from browser storage; clearing this site’s browser data removes local drafts. Permission is not carried over after sign-in, and generation does not start automatically.

Download videos you want to keep within the 3-day retention period. Contact us to request earlier deletion. Task and billing records may be retained for service delivery, reconciliation and applicable requirements.

Optional analytics, support and advertising follow the site's configured permissions. See the Cookie Policy to manage your choices. We do not collect prompt text, uploaded files or account emails as analytics events.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
